Location is wonderful. Unit was comfortable.

Difficult to reach with questions.

Loved the apartment and location (near all restaurants and nightlife) and all the equipment that made your stay easy.

The washing machines weren’t all working on my floor… The view from the apartment and the noise every morning from the people handling the trash or some construction work or something…

The Perfect Location if you wanna stay in West Palm Beach, in the middle of shops and restaurants.

For me personally I didn’t enjoy the bed / matrass. There was a little bit of outside noise early evening but it wasn’t bad during the night.

Location, Location, Location! The room was well appointed. Everything you need was provided.

Smell was an issue. The lobby and hallways smelled moldy. I think it is the hemp area rug in the lobby. Staff were unresponsive to issues. Our air conditioner was broken and the only way to reach a live person was through email to which we received no response. We had to have the awesome support staff at Booking reach out several times to them and finally someone responded from the building and came to fix the air conditioning at around 10 pm. Not acceptable! The room temperature reached 80 degrees and we had to open our door to get the temperature down. Not having a physical person on site is a downfall. They have an office but it remained dark and no one was there. We have stayed here before and never had any problems. I believe there is a new manager and obviously not very effective.
