The Space:
The Blue Pearl is a beautifully restored historic vacation home nestled in the peaceful Grandview Heights Historic District within the West Palm Beach Arts & Entertainment District adjacent to downtown. Newsflash: The deck has been completely re-built, bigger and better!
The property is located just a few blocks from The Intracoastal Waterway and a short leisurely walk to the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. The Blue Pearl's convenient location allows you to fully immerse yourself in the art, shopping, restaurants, recreational activities, museums, events, night life and exclusivity that West Palm Beach has to offer.
The top floor of The Blue Pearl contains the master bedroom with a king size bed and newly renovated bathroom, complete with vintage bathtub and gorgeous shower. Through the master bathroom you will find a walk-in closet conveniently tucked away. The family room furnished with a couch, chairs and cable TV complete the second floor. Dual french doors open up to reveal a large deck overlooking the tropically landscaped yard and private pool (with lounge chairs).
The ground floor contains the second bedroom, furnished with a king size bed. There is an attached walk in closet as well as a laundry room with a full size washer anddryer. The downstairs ground floor also features a full bathroom (detached from second bedroom), a fully equipped kitchen and small dining also overlooking the pool area. The house also features an outdoor living/dining area (with a view towards the pool).

Pet Policy:
This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay. Feel free to ask any questions you may have ahead of time about our pet policy.
Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead.
Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.

Pool Heat:

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quaint and pristine getaway in the heart of historic Flamingo Park. We were pleasantly surprised how close this home is to City Place, Clematis Street and the marina. This home had all the amenities we needed for our stay. I can't say enough good things about the pool and the privacy that this home offered. Thank you!

This rental has pretty much everything you could hope for- comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms and of course… the gorgeous pool! Situated in a very private yard, we loved every minute in the pool, even though it was January. Many thanks to the manager Peter, who was very helpful when needed.

This place may work for many people but it wasn’t comfortable for us. The ground level feels like a basement. The bedroom closet was full of random items. The upstairs is nice but you have to use a narrow circular stairs to get there. The patio by the pool had a broken chair. The master shower leaked water on the floor. We booked another place and checked out early.
