Completely renovated and newly furnished in late 2021, Little Havana features 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms and an expansive garden with a heatable pool. This light and contemporary vacation rental is located in the Flamingo Park Historic District, one of the most desirable neighborhoods in West Palm Beach, Florida. The property also features an attractive covered outdoor dining space, large walk-in closet in the master bedroom and free off-street parking (private driveway).

Pet Policy:
This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay. Feel free to ask any questions you may have ahead of time about our pet policy.
Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead.
Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.

Bright, comfortable, attractive property with a nice sunny pool. The big table on the covered terrace is perfect for hosting for dinner. Walkable to some food shopping and dining, and a short drive to most anywhere else. A little odd that the master bedroom does not have an en suite while the second bedroom does, but this is a minor consideration.

This property was great. Beautifully decorated and private with the way the landscaping was designed. The home had everything we needed for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend to family and friendsq

Private and relaxing house in great location. The house is well maintained, very clean and in a great neighborhood. Dining and shopping options nearby. We think the best features were the nice patio and pool. We also need to say that the PBVR hosts, Rick, Mario, Peter and team, made our experience the best. Just an amazing management team, really hospitable people who strive to make you feel at home.

Got there. Beautiful pool, close to beach, all amenities we needed. If you cant find something just look a little more, it is expertly laid out. Neighborhood is quiet, publx and restaurants near whether in palm or west palm. Enjoy your stay. We did. We hope to come back soon but we are sure little havana will be booked for a long time
