Appartement spacieux et entièrement privatif. Place de parking sécurisée Extérieur abrité Très bonne localisation

L'espace de la maison suffisant surtout pour un couple ! le jardin pour y garer son véhicule en toute sécurité. une petite terrasse pour déjeuner dehors quand le temps le permet. Le wifi a bien fonctionné pendant notre séjour. une navette a environ 10mns à pied permet de se rendre dans le centre ville. le centre historique d'Angoulême est joli avec de nombreux restaurants et bars.
Pas de volets dans la chambre. pas de Netflix comme annoncé sur l'annonce. la maison est située près d'un rond point et d'une route très fréquentée (environ à 15 mètres) mais le bruit n'est perceptible qu'à l'extérieur. le centre ville à pied est à une bonne 1/2 heure de marche et les rues montent sérieusement pour atteindre le centre ville. la navette est sympa , gratuite mais ne fonctionne pas le dimanche et les horaires s'arrêtent à 19h00.
