L’emplacement à proximité de la plage à laquelle on accède par un petit escalier de l’autre côté de la rue et du centre de Dinard permet de tout faire à pied et de laisser la voiture garée à l’arrière de la résidence

L'emplacement est vraiment top, c'est agréable de pouvoir accéder à la plage aussi facilement! Rénovation de certaines pièces
Le salon, avec le canapé-lit, donne sur la route qui est assez passante et la porte d'entrée n'isole pas du bruit des voisins qui passent dans la cage d'escalier
