Très bien situé et très bien aménagé,petite terrasse agréable et au calme.
Le garage est un plus.
Le seul petit bémol c'est le manque de place dans la chambre à côté du lit mais bon on fait avec ..

L'emplacement, la surface du logement, la place de parking, l'équipement du logement et la proximité de la plage et des commerces.
La SDB. La baignoire et les robinets peu pratique.

Très bon accueil par la personne qui devait me remettre les clés : très souriante et qui donne plein de conseils concernant la ville et les alentours .
Appartement très propre et super bien équipé .
Salle de bain et toilettes un peu vétuste ( très propre mais à rénover ) .

The location, near the beach and centre. The private parking space, the bright living area.
The price. Way overpriced for a very small appartment. The bedroom was tiny, the kitchen was not very well equipped, the bathroom was outdated and a bit rundown. The agent who 'greeted' us could not have been more gloomy and it was difficult/almost impossible to park on the road to meet her.
