Nice place. It's not in the city. Everything is green around. You listen to the sounds of animals. The food is tasty. You have big kitchen that you can use.

The bathroom is not so comfortable. The road to the house is unpaved.

Very nice Bujitina, nicely located in the countryside, few km from Permet and very close to all the activities that permet has to offer. . Beautiful views, peaceful garden, amazing food for dinner and breakfast. The owner was also very helpful and very nice. Highly recommended!

The hospitality and food are simply outstanding – from the delicious pie and tender meat to the perfect homemade sweets and the excellent wine list featuring labels from Central Tuscany. Fresh garden products have an authentic taste that brings back childhood memories. The whole atmosphere gives you a hint of Tuscany in the heart of Përmet, blending tradition with elegance. Accommodation is top-notch: cozy rooms with memory pillows, cotton sheets, and Daikin air conditioning. I slept so well that I didn’t want to get up in the morning.

It’s all part of the adventure, and once you arrive, you’ll see it’s more than worth it. Nice guesthouse in quiet area

I loved the hospitality of the host, Adriatic. He was good at communicating and we were provided with a very detailed video on how to get there since sometimes Google maps doesn't work properly in the area. We were greeted with open arms and gave us some of the best homemade pumpkin jam we've ever tried! The location itself was a bit on rough roads but our toyota yaris made it there just fine. We had a wonderful shared kitchen and terrace overlooking the farms and mountains and the peaceful surrounding nature. Everything is homemade including their butter, cheese, yogurt, bread, milk, etc and we absolutely loved the food! The room was also nice, comfortable, clean and had a wonderful little balcony with good views. It was quiet and nice to have blackout shades too. Thank you for everything!

Un fantastique parenthèse temporelle

Nous avons tout aimé, le calme, la gentillesse et la sérénité du lieu et des propriétaires, les repas entièrement préparés avec les produits du jardins, ce tout petit village perdu au pied des montagnes, avec le berger qui redescend avec son troupeau. Toute la famille habite la, sur 3 générations, au petit soin avec vous. Un voyage dans le temps, mais avec toutes les commodités et la technologie actuelle.

Certains diront qu'il faut améliorer la route pour y accéder. Oui mais cela retirerait du charme au lieu, et après combien de maisons d'hôtes en plus. S'il vous plait ne changé rien. Que cela reste authentique.

Super gastvrije (oudere) mensen. Authentieke B&B Spreken wel geen Engels dus communicatie is iets moeilijker maar lukt wel via Google Translate. Parkeren doe je op pleintje 50 meter voor de B&B Je kan lekker eten in een van de 2 zaken aan de oude brug op 5 min wandelen.

Hadden kamer geboekt met dubbel bed maar hadden een kamer met 2 enkele bedden. Was iets minder leuk als stel maar niet onoverkomelijk natuurlijk😃

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt zum Wohlfühlen und Erholen.

Es war wundervoll in den Bergen Albaniens gelegen mit absoluter Ruhe. Es war sehr erholsam dort. Unglaublich gastfreundlich, herzlich und fürsorglich sind außerdem die fleißigen Gastgeber - sie leben aus kompletter Selbstversorgung aus ihrem Garten und versorgen/bekochen daraus ihre Gäste mit hervorragendem Essen morgens wie abends.

Herzliche Gastgeber und toller Aufenthalt!

Sehr saubere und relativ neue Unterkunft. Der tolle Blick vom Balkon in den Garten und die tolle Landschaft war phantastisch. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt.

Locatie top (hou er wel rekening mee dat je 2km over onverharde weg moet, deze is prima te doen en wordt goed bijgehouden, geen kuilen). Brandschoon, fijne douche en bedden. Avond is het stil en hoor je de krekels. De mensen waren ook heel vriendelijk

Výborná snídaně a večeře, velice pohostinná rodina, naprosto výjimečný přístup, cítili jsme se jako doma. Na cesty na výlet jsme dostali svačiny, všude bylo čisto, není co vytknout. Rády se vrátíme zpět.

L’emplacement dans la campagne de Permet, on s’y régale et se repose. À quelques minutes en voiture de la ville, du rafting et du départ de la randonnée dans le canyon et donc des sources d’eau chaude. Petit balcon appréciable. Gentillesse de toute la famille. Pour y accéder je vous conseille de laisser votre voiture avant le pont piéton où se situe le restaurant Alvi (délicieux poisson du jour, pêche dans la vjosa)

Tutto! Stanze molto belle e grandi. Bagno privato ottimo, con grande doccia e tutto il necessario, molto pulito e curato. Struttura immersa nel verde, lungo la Vjosa. Proprietari gentilissimi, molto disponibili e accoglienti. Colazione buonissima con prodotti locali e di produzione propria.

Une famille d’une extrême gentillesse. Adriatik et son frère, ainsi que sa nièce et sa mère nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup de générosité et d’attention. La ferme est dans un petit hameau à l’écart de la route, avec une jolie vue et des chambres très confortables. La cuisine est vraiment délicieuse, nous avons dîné les 2 soirs et nous nous sommes régalés ! C’est un lieu où on se sent vraiment bien. Merci encore pour votre accueil.

Wat een zalig verblijf was dit. We werden super gastvrij ontvangen door de familie. We hadden een probleem met de wagen en de gastheer heeft ons echt super bij gestaan. De ligging is super, helemaal in de natuur met zicht op weivelden vol met ezels en geiten. Ruime kamers met alle comfort: airco, frigo, kitchenette... Ook het ontbijt s'morgens was heel goed met lekkere koffie. Het is ook de ideale uitvalsbasis om te gaan raften of om naar de warme waterbaden te gaan.

Un famille d’une gentillesse ❤️❤️❤️, une chambre simple, propre, clim ok, pas de bling bling mais tout ce qu’il faut ! Une maman albanaise en cuisine…un repas typique du jardin pour 10€, le sourire offert… Les beignets du petit déjeuner, un délice ! Juste à côté de la rivière pour aller se rafraîchir.

Le calme, la gentillesse des hôtes, la cuisine familiale et le cadre.

L'accès à la guest house n'est pas indiqué de manière claire. Il est préférable de se garer après le pont de Peran en venant de Permet. Il faut ensuite emprunter à pied la passerelle pour rejoindre en 3 min le logement. En procédant ainsi on est à 7 min en voiture des sources et du canyon. Sinon le GPS nous mène au logement par une piste de 20 min en voiture, très difficile d'accès.

Gros coup de cœur pour cet hébergement qui a répondu parfaitement à nos attentes : l’établissement est très propre, très calme dans la campagne avec une très belle vue. Les hôtes sont merveilleux : d’une incroyable gentillesse, très serviables et à l’écoute de leurs clients. Nous avions opté de dîner le soir là bas, c’est un excellent choix : nous avons pu goûter diverses spécialités de la région, soigneusement préparés par les hôtes avec les produits de leur jardin. Un vrai régal ! Bref, un établissement que nous vous recommandons chaudement !

Peut être la route pour y aller accéder (chemin de pierre) mais c’est réalisable en voiture normale.

L'Albanie simple et authentique, une expérience unique

Merci à Adriatik et toute sa famille, pour ce merveilleux moment dans une Albanie simple et authentique. Le lieu est magnifique, calme, propre, à 10 min en voiture du pont ottoman et des bains chauds. Pleins de ballades sont possibles au départ de Petra. Pour les enfants il y a aussi les animaux de la ferme à observer. La cuisine est délicieuse, saine, issue des produits du jardin ! On a réellement pu s'immerger dans la vie de ses terres albanaises. Le plus : le fleuve Vjosa accessible à pied pour la baignade ! Notre commentaire peut paraître irréel, trop élogieux et pourtant notre expérience est vrai !!! Nous sommes parties ressourcées seulement tristes de ne pas pouvoir rester encore (nous avions prévu de dormir 2 nuits et sommes restés finalement 3 nuits). Merci encore, ça nous a fait du bien de vous rencontrer...

Geweldige locatie

Een prachtige locatie, Je moet hiervoor wel een behoorlijk stuk onverharde weg volgen, maar dit wordt beloond! Moderne kamer, prima douche en een heerlijk bed. Een centrale ruimte met balkon, aanrecht, kookgelegenheid en een koelkast met drankjes. Het ontbijt en diner is een aanrader, alles uit eigen tuin. Maar echt bijzonder was de hartelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van gastheer Adriatic en zijn ouders... geweldig.

Heerlijk rustige landelijke locatie met lekker eten uit moestuin en boerderij

Landelijk gelegen, weg van alle drukte. Kamer mooi en nieuw, met horren voor alle ramen. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren die je in de watten leggen met heerlijk eten, veel uit de eigen mooi onderhouden moestuin. Bij het ontbijt zit een glaasje warme melk vers van de koe!

Hoewel binnen alles helemaal klaar is, is de buutengevel dat nog niet. Maar dat doet noets af aan het verblijf.

Richtig gemütliche und entspannte Unterkunft in wunderschöner Lage.

Dies war bisher unsere beste Unterkunft auf unserer Rundreise durch Albanien. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und der Service war hervorragend. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und funktional. Das Highlight war der Blick vom Balkon. Das Frühstück (alles hausgemacht und/oder aus dem eigenen Garten) hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Spannende Infos zur Umgebung (Tal plus Fluss) gab es obendrauf. Was diesen Ort zusätzlich so besonders macht, ist eine überaus gemütliche und entspannte Atmosphäre gepaart mit herzlicher Gastfreundschaft. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause und will gar nicht abreisen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!
