Pleasant sitting room, car parking OK (Free). Excellent location. Suits a crowd going to Rugby, football, or just enjoying Wigan
Bathroom looked "tired". Did not manage to operate the shower to Hot, only warm, but the sink had very hot water available. Flush handle was broken - needs a new one fitting. Microwave oven didn't work

Owner was nice in messages and gave us all the nessasary information for an easy late night self check in. There was enough beds for all 5 of us even though we put a travel cot up for the baby. Beds were comfortable and place was clean if your on a budget or need a bed for the night.
There was some damage to the property and the bathroom wasn't the best but honestly ive seen worse from brand hotels on a budget.
