Great location and very beautifully decorated inside.

It’s so minor….. You share the same stairs to the flat never door, it just felt uncomfortable and could hear them at night. Also the lady who owns the hairdressers down stairs parks a little too far back… makes it a mission to fit a large car on parking space.

One of my favourite places in our seven week travels.

This was an exceptionally clean, modern and roomy apartment. The farm views and farm cottages surrounding the accommodation were delightful. There was a local shop very close by which stocked anything you needed. A great place to stay in the Cottswold if you have transport to travel around and enjoy the picturesque country side and sights.

Cozy Cotswolds apartment

The location was great and so close to exploring the cotswolds, Oxford, Bath, and Blenheim Palace. The apartment was clean, cozy, and comfortable with everything we needed. Highly recommend the Cotswold Barn. We loved our stay!

Not the best stay we’ve had. Lots of things could have been better

We weren’t told it was an upstairs flat. We had an 80 year old with us. Very difficult to use washer dryer. TV didn’t work. No instructions for appliances. No dust pan. Poor provisions.

Cosy, clean and great location!

Was very clean and beautifully decorated, great location. The host was lovely and very accommodating, would 100% recommend, we visited Diddly Squat farm shop and the Farmers Dog which was all within 25/30 mins from the property. Great facilities to cook!

Great value for money, great location.

Well kept, clean, good amenities (washing machine, dishwasher, etc) convenience store around the corner not 30 seconds walk away was a real bonus for milk, tea, coffee etc. Nice decor, tastefully furnished and set out. Quiet location, on site parking. Good communication from the host. Will certainly consider if we return to the area.

Not that it mattered to us but the stairs are steep for those with physical impairments.

Needs a couple of tweaks, but a well set up flat.

Had all mod cons. Comfortable and nicely decorated

No curtains/blinds on the window opposite the bathroom. Security light outside the bedroom window which kept coming on through the night, the blind in the bedroom didn’t block it out. No bath mat.

Stairs were a little challenging for my mother, our one niggle was the hand rail could have done with being longer to be able to hold at the top of the stairs

Lovely modern flat with comfy beds. Very well appointed kitchen. Good communication with host.

Property was hard to find. It was very confusing with property next door having similar name.’Steep stairs and parking very tight for larger cars.

Excellent accommodation in an ideal location for Cotswold exploration

Great location, close to Blenheim Palace, Diddly Squat farm shop, Broadway tower and plenty of Cotswold villages to keep you occupied. Great pubs locally for evening meals. Mini supermarket 100yds away. Excellent toiletries and shower. Great TV and entertainment package. Everything available for self catering if desired.

Beautiful stylish apartment in Cotswolds, close to Soho Farmhouse

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Cotswolds. The apartment was very clean, spacious and stylish. Very well equipped new kitchen with new appliances. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Great location - short taxi from Soho Farmhouse and Charlbury station. Would definitely recommend stay again!
