Location was fantastic, a short stroll through the dunes to the beach, a few minutes drive into Rhosneigr and quick to access the rest of Anglesey. A little Spar just up the road for quick essentials. Easy parking and secure perimeter fence with lots of outdoor space, well appointed kitchen, spacious interior, and very quiet.
We had to chase the agents to get a code to get in and didn't actually get in until 40mins after check in. All seemed fine until I looked closer and the place was absolutely covered in dog hair and dirt, it was everywhere - on top of the radiators, under the sofa, in the bathroom.. I swept and mopped the whole place myself, and the floors were filthy. Outside we later found two huge piles of dog muck, thankfully before my son had trodden in it. I got in touch with the agent who asked for photos and offered a cleaner to return (next day!), but I had already scrubbed the place as I have an autistic child prone to walking barefoot and chewing his hands, so I needed it to be clean immediately. They replied "well done for taking the initiative, sorry about that" and that was it. Then at 10 mins to check out on the last day, the cleaner was hovering outside. I was stripping beds and emptying bins and felt it was a bit pointed, considering my complaint.
Also, there was no tea/coffee/sugar canisters. I know that sounds odd to mention but I've never stayed anywhere that didn't provide canisters with a few sachets.

Location, we got lucky with the weather.
Dripping kitchen tap was annoying and shower could have been better. Log fire tray hadn't been emptied and would have been nice to have had a little wood for a get you in log fire experience.
