De ligging ten opzichte van interessante steden, zoals Pompei en Napels, en de Amalfikust is ideaal. Ook de voorzieningen en de staat van onderhoud van het appartement waren zeer goed. Het appartementencomplex ligt in een groene omgeving en is alleen toegankelijk voor de bewoners via een beveiligde toegangspoort. Daarnaast was het contact met de vertegenwoordiger van de host uitstekend: zeer betrokken, communicatief sterk en snel reagerend.
Het omgevingsgeluid van het verkeer tot diep in de nacht en de nogal luidruchtige medebewoners van het appartementencomplex vonden wij storend. De zeer steile weg naar het appartement kan een uitdaging zijn voor mensen die niet zo mobiel zijn. Eigen vervoer is daarom aan te bevelen, mits je behoorlijk rijvaardig bent, gelet op de smalle straatjes, onverlichte obstakels, de drukte in vooral Castellammare di Stabia en het rijgedrag van met name de scooters.
