No breakfast included. Coffee shops nearby so was able to get food and drink. Nice big room with kitchen. The staff was just a kid who could not do much for you. Other than that the staff was someone remote who you dealt with through WhatsApp.
Some construction going on while I was there but other than that it was fairly quiet and in a relaxed part of Saigon.

Good location. We booked two rooms and the Larger room was very spacious.
We booked two rooms. One of them was Large with balcony and the other one was a bit smaller, no balcony and the small room had quite hard bed. Larger room had nice and comfortable bed.

the last minute changing the room without properly reasons, the cleanies of the room, the noisy of the surrounding.
