An excellent, quiet location for visiting the island, eassily reached from the ferry terminal. Friendly, very helpful host who lent us a book on the archaeology - much used! A well equipped and comfortable barn conversion; I will recommend it, and the island, to friends.

Spacious rooms with convenient en-suites.
Kitchen was modern with everything you’d need for self catering. Fiona was very accommodating as we were a little delayed checking in. Loved the little extras like biscuits and milk in the fridge.
TVs are not digital but there’s one in a bedroom as well as the lounge area.
Nice little sun trap outside if you’re lucky enough with the evening sunshine!

The property was very clean,spacious and had everything you could need. With the added delight to my daughter of two chickens who would come visit daily. The location is perfect for quietness but not too far away from onchan/douglas
Only issues we had which are completely manageable if you’re not fussy is the 3 piece suite. The armchairs have no cushions in the back rests as they have worn away and the sofa cushions continuously push off but I do have 3 kids who lounge around on everything so that doesn’t help 🤣

The property was comfortable, warm, in a quiet location and well placed for all the major amenities
Prospective renters should expect that the property is old fashioned and could do with updating. We were happy with it as it had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday.
