This is my first hotel stay in Lembang and my my, it was super cold outside that I switched off the air-con at night. The hotel's ambience is more towards 80's - 90's look as they even had a 50's typewriter on display. This hotel is more like a cottage concept. I will definitely look at this place again.

Breakfast - Why, as I don't eat beef and their fried rice contained beef. TV - Need to pay to watch I think as I was not in most of the time. Swimming Pool - not clean at all. At night, I could see their staff using a small pail to throw in chlorine liquids - not sure if it was of the right quantity as pools require a balance of sanitizers to kill bacteria, balancers to maintain a safe pH. Maybe the hotel should close the pool and ensure the water is well maintained.

The ambience, looks like old kampoong. The fist aquarium in the lobby, stunning!

I would also like to highlight the accessibility challenges I experienced during my stay. There are stairs in the lobby area as well as along the route to my village accommodation (Rumah Utama 1). As a wheelchair user, this made moving around the property quite difficult and frustrating. In addition, when I was leaving yesterday, there was a wedding event taking place at the hotel. The parking area was extremely congested and disorganized. My car was unable to exit because it was blocked by other vehicles and motorcycles. I believe the parking attendants should be instructed to actively manage the traffic flow and parking arrangements to ensure safe access for both arriving and departing guests. When the parking area reaches capacity, they should be empowered to stop additional vehicles from entering. Unfortunately, I eventually had to direct the traffic myself, asking several vehicles to move so that my car could leave. This was particularly challenging and frustrating, especially as a wheelchair user. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve accessibility and the overall guest experience in the future.

De ligging is heel goed. Overdag 25 graden en s'nachts 16 graden. Personeel is top en al te duur is het niet. Er zijn een aantal interessante plekken om te bezoeken. Hiken is goed mogelijk en er zijn goede restaurants op loopafstand. (beter een taxi nemen). Dagelijks wordt een uitgebreid ontbijt op de kamer geserveerd. Housekeeping doet ook de afwas. Bedden zijn goed, tv werkt prima met Google tv. Wifi is redelijk.

Het lawaai: de moskee is vlakbij en heeft de volumeknop op 10 staan. Daarbij komt de hele drukke weg die vlak onderlangs ons huisje loopt en bergop/af gaat en waardoor iedereen gas geeft. Het lawaai gaat de hele dag door. s'nachts is het wat minder maar dan begint het ochtend gebed om 04:30h. Schoon is het huisje niet en er zijn geen rookmelders etc. Warmwater was na reparatie enigszins beschikbaar. Voor wat betreft het lawaai ze in de huisjes met 101 enz afteraden. De huisjes met 501 enz liggen aan de andere kant en verder van de weg af. We hadden mogelijk een beetje pech met de keuze.
