service was not that good ,we need to look for them to open a gate everytime and no one had to check us but us looking for them when we needed help also the

Our booking wasn't processed correctly, with that hiccup the owner, was so professional fixed the issue, made sure that our room was top of the range. The staff worked so well together to make sure we were comfortable. I would recommend that anyone who wants a booking around the area definitely go to Lasev Resort. What a great experience. To the owner,we are grateful, and your hospitality is unforgettable. We will definitely visit again❤️❤️❤️

The tranquility of the location and visibility of the staff throughout the day. The rooms were next to each other, so it was easier for us to engage all the time as a family. We had access to the whole facility. Our host ( Kelebogile) was very helpful and patient throughout the time. She's a Star 🌟.

The owner and management of the resort need to actually up skill their staff with regards to time management, welcoming guests, and guiding them to their rooms instead of having to be sent from pillar to post. All was well until my child got scratched and injured by one of the slides 🛝 at the pool, and there was no warning of some sort for swimmers to be cautious and not even a life guard on sight. Then it got worse because apparently 🙃 the first aider was not even at the resort to assist with the injury. We were only offered extra towels to stop the bleeding from dripping all over. I actually find this irresponsible because none of the staff knew what to do. There was no emergency number provided or even got paramedics to the center. Instead we just had to solve the issue on our own. The wifi was not even connecting or visible throughout our stay. We were told that the first aider is on the way with the manager but they never showed up. I'm quite disappointed.
