Great location. 5 min walk to St. Peter's. Spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. And thanks to David for the recommendation on where to get tripe in Rome. Thank you!!!
There was a noticeable odor upon arrival to the apartment of stagnate water possibly coming from one of the shower drains. We could not get the AC units to work.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped with the added bonus of AC. The high ceilings made it feel very spacious and it was a beautiful old building with lots of character and charm. David was so helpful on arrival and gave us lots of tips on where to visit and places to eat.

The interaction with the owners and David, the property manager, made our stay a great experience! No one in our group of 4 spoke any Italian, but communication with everyone involved with the property was easy and answers were understandable. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very comfortable, having everything we needed for our stay, less any food we wished to prepare. There were coffee packs by the coffee maker, which I did not expect when renting a private property! The beds were truly exceptional, and we all slept better than at home. We felt safe, even leaving windows open while we were gone. If you want to stay in Rome, I highly recommend looking at this apartment for a quality and comfortable stay. One more like, David met us for an early check-in, welcoming us right at the taxi from the airport, he helped with our luggage, took care of all city stay requirements, and even had a city map all marked with the property location and points of interest we may want to see. He had restaurant and shopping information as well. David answered all our questions, which being our first time in Rome, were many. He offered us his assistance at any time during our stay. Truly a professional hospitality host!
It is hard to call this a dislike, but more of an inconvenience for people with disabilities. There is one staircase to be navigated to get to the apartment. Even with long days of sight seeing we managed those steps, be it slower than most people!

In a quiet area, but plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. Very close to the Vatican, and about 20 mins walk to the city centre.
