We had an enjoyable stay at Flat 2, The Butlers Quarters. It was comfy and cosy.

Autumn visit

The bed was really comfy and the bedroom was warm and cozy

Whilst it was a good location near to the town we were not keen on the lane up to it which was quite hidden from the main road. The lounge was cold which made it uncomfortable to sit in. There was no instruction/recommendations folder which was unusual and would have been helpful and no visitors book. Also there is no fire blanket in the kitchen Small things that would make a stay there more enjoyable

Suited our needs

The property is modern and well equipped kitchen. The TV has access to Netflix and amazon prime.

No tea/coffee making facilities or amenities provided. The property was cold during the day and bedroom radiator was on all night so too warm. Bathroom looks tired and there was hair on the shower tray. Recycling had remnants of previous guest. Towels didn’t smell fresh. Noise from other property with door banging etc

Overall we had a nice stay despite the long walk to the town centre.

Good size for a one bed apartment. Quiet location. Comfortable bed.

No lighting along steep access lane which is very uneven. We bought a torch as the possibility of turning an ankle is a worry.

Nice self contained flat for a short break

Nice self contained ground floor flat. Well equipped kitchen, although we didn't use it. Bathroom and shower were good. Water very hot. Generally nice and clean. Walk into town was nice.

The approach was steep and parking was a little tight. Could do with 2 pillows per person not just 1. No instructions on WiFi connection.

Could be a little gem

Lovely building and location. Every utensil and dish you would need is provided. Perfect size flat for 2, maybe a bit cramped for more.

The cleanliness. Floors and kitchen worktops weren't clean. Had to wipe down the worktops. The quilt on the bed was more for Wimter not Summer. Driveway to property could do with a bit of a fix up. The underneath of my car kept scraping

Quirky and perfect Property

The apartment was perfect for our two night stay to visit friends in Oswestry. We loved the history of the property and location was central and walkable into town. It had everything we needed for our stay and very well laid out. We would book this property again.

Warm, clean and comfortable. Everything you need in a lovely flat. Clean kitchen with everything you need, hot showers, warm , tv with everything you want to watch, Spotify, great WiFi, large bedroom with really comfy clean bed. Peaceful, close to town. Great communication with Carolyn.

Fue muy difícil localizar la casa, ya que está un poco escondida. Tuvimos que preguntar un par de veces a vecinos para poder llegar hasta allí. Si vais, pedidle fotos del acceso a la anfitriona.
