Overall value was good despite the drawbacks and was best aspect tbh. Location handy for town centre once you found how to navigate one-way system. Owner immediately responsive on phone. Most facilities modern (accessing 'normal' tv proved beyond me, but that's me...). Clean and well-presented.
Internet was CRAP! Would have been a crisis had I needed to attend an online meeting or had a bored child on a rainy day. On-street parking worked fine for me, but had I had an expensive car, maybe not... Owner sent details of location and keys on the day - couldn't conceive of people without smart phones using their flat! Send day BEFORE please!

No where to park and street parking was not always available
Noisy from restaurant of an evening
Claimed we broke a bar stool but we were in aware that this had happened
