Great location, great house, plenty of space, and amazing outdoor space. We did a work seminar in the house, the living room was perfect for it. And plenty of space for everyone.
I thought there were 4 bedrooms, but there was actually 3, and one of them is a bit on the way to the living room, so not great when it's work colleagues, but not a big deal for a family

This is an excellent choice, with virtually everything possible to make your stay a real vacation. From out door activities to indoors, name it, this house is a complete package.

I will highly recommend this for a family vacation.
The booking indicates 24 hours free cancelation, but upon booking, we wanted to reduce a day to finish some work, but they indicated a charge of about $1000.
The 4th bed is in a living room, and the 3rd room is in the walkway to the other living room.
But the place is amazing.

The property very spacious, nice alot of cool amenities. Very close to Universal Studios Hollywood.

Central location to our plans. House was clean and had all amenities needed.
Pool is only heated at an extra cost of $100 a day. This was not advertised (I see it has been added now). This was a big disappointment for our family trip.
