Communication was great, location was exceptional, the place very cosy. It had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped. Free wi-fi is necessary these days, so having that included was good.
There is an issue with the bunk bed - the ladder is taped on and really insecure, that needs to be nailed on and fixed properly. And the staircase needs to be wider and less steep - with that type of staircase that it is, it would be an easy fix to rebuild. It would be better if linen was included, charging for that as an additional expense and an extra chore to organise and is unnecessary, include it in the price and leave the bedding there ahead of time.

Location, large communal living space
Steps to bedroom too steep, especially using in the night, dangerous for little kids. Furniture all old and could do with upgrading
