Disappointed and misinformed.

Located near the beach on Neptune Avenue, this apartment offers a spacious living room and kitchen with a large table. The terrace provides a great view, and there’s even a ping pong table. However, the furniture and interior design are quite dated, making the space feel a bit dated and not very cozy.

So-called separate rare unit are right above the bedrooms. We could hear every step of someone living above us! My terrified daughter would run to us at night, convinced that someone had broken into the house. We were woken up at 11:30 pm and 6 am. There was no party there; it was just regular everyday life. I tried contacting the property manager since 6:50 am, but we couldn’t reach them. We called, texted, and emailed, but we finally received a call back at 1:30 pm. Not only did we not get a good night’s sleep, but we also spent the entire day searching for another place to stay. We received a refund for one night, but we’re highly disappointed. Such a waste of time and very short vacation! The swimming pool is right outside the master bedroom - it’s apparently shared, so if you’d have the balcony window open you have no privacy. As there’s no AC keeping this window open is the only way to cool and air the room. There was a musty smell on the lower - bedroom floor- that didn’t disappear even after being aired.
