About this house rental
Welcome to "Bali Hai" an architectural masterpiece with striking high-end finishes and exotic furnishings. This modern luxury home built in 2018 features 850 square feet of covered outdoor living area, furnishings custom made in Bali, a gourmet kitchen, fully stocked for all your cooking needs and a custom island with a live edge counter and bar seating for 4. Several surfing beaches within minutes walk from home! (it takes longer to drive!)
The Living Room:
- High ceilings with an open floor plan connecting to dining area, kitchen, and outdoor living area
- An amazing sofa that you won't want to leave
with a Smart TV and SONOS sound system
- Gas fireplace for warmth and ambiance
- 2 singly operated AC/heat units in room plus a fan
- Wifi speed is fast, perfect for video calls for remote work or learning.
- Huge sliding doors which bring the outside in to create a massive living area.
The Kitchen:
- High-end appliances
- Refrigerator, 5 ring gas stove with 2 ovens, made in Italy , French Press coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher, wine and beer fridge

- Nespresso plus a milk frother to get you started for the day

Quiet hours outdoors start at 9PM. No parties are allowed. Dinners between 8 to 12 people are allowed. No more than 7 guests sleeping in the home. No Pets. Security Deposit Hold of $1,000 required prior to guest arrival. Security deposit will be kept in its entirety in the event guest violates the no party rule, smoking in the home, pets without approval, or disturbs neighbors after quiet hours with noise, and guest will be removed from the property with no refund.
