BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

・Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

・Signed Rental Agreement required within 48 hours of booking or receipt of rental agreement, and always before check-in.

・Cancellations will be handled in accordance with our cancellation policy without exception, and trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended.

OTHER RULES:

・Weekly spa and yard service are required and included.

・All city noise ordinances must be followed, including quiet hours from 9pm - 8am.

・Outdoor TV, grill, fire table and hot tub must be covered with provided covers when not in use, and always overnight.

・No glass, bubbles, soap, or hard toys in the hot tub, and sand must be rinsed off. Sand in hot tub will result in a $200 cleaning fee.

・No glitter or confetti in the house or on the property, and no tape placed on walls, cabinets, etc.

・Locked supply closet and the accessory dwelling unit on the property are not to be accessed or attempted to be accessed by guests at any time, and are not included in the rental.

・No smoking of any kind in the house or anywhere on the property.

・Babies and children must be supervised at all times. While our home is child-friendly, there are raised decks in the front and back yard, a hot tub, stairs, and other features which may pose a risk to unsupervised children.
