Posizione ottima, vicina al centro, comoda alla metropolitana, tranquilla. Appartamento pulito e con dotazioni complete. Proprietari disponibili e sempre pronti a rispondere in qualsiasi ora.

Abbiamo avuto problemi con la caldaia e va detto che la proprietà è intervenuta 2 volte per risolvere il problema. Consigliamo un intervento più radicale per eliminare il problema ed evitare "docce fredde"!

Location was good. Close to the tube and close to an event that we attended on the weekend.

The house was grand from the outside but it ended there. The stairway to the flat was old and dirty. The carpet was torn and scuffed up and there were lumps of plaster knocked out of the ceiling above the door to the flat. A very scruffy entrance. The flat itself was as described but the description didn't say that you had to walk through a bedroom to get to the 'private' bathroom. Six adults in the flat was cosy but ok, but the water for showering and washing could not keep up so we all had showers that ranged from cold to boiling water, or waiting for the water system to supply anything water at all - that was very disappointing. There were marks on the furniture and the walls, the light switch in the lounge was missing, there was a box of wires lying open in the skirting board in the lounge, the top of the coffee table so so loose that we dared not use it for fear of spilling drinks. The window in the lounge has a mind of it's own, it was either fully open so we were freezing or fully closed so we were hot - not pleasant at all. There was no welcome box in the kitchen, no teabags or milk or coffee. There wasn't even a tea towel so we had to use one of the bathroom hand towels. The stool for the dressing table in the bedroom was missing a leg, there was a shelf missing from the door of the fridge, the towel stand in the bathroom was rusted and so was the radiator. The hand shower in the bath couldn't be used because it was split and frayed so water sprayed over the bathroom. The shower in the cubicle was dirty with old mould and there was no shelf to put shampoo and shower gel on. The list could go on and on but I think you get the idea, and when you are paying £385 a night you demand better. I am demanding my money back, and the people advertising this place should be struck off Booking.com
