The heating wasn’t working properly, but they had a spare part and it worked fine. At night it’s very difficult to find parking

I liked it! I always prefer an apartment like this with a personal touch to a boring hotel room! The apartment is well equipped, the owner pays special attention to details, I didn't miss anything! It is very close to the tram station, with No. 2 can be reached in 20 minutes at the central station!

The coffee machine did not work but the owner alerted me to this fact!

Having amenities like a coffee machine, tea, and Netflix is a thoughtful touch. It appears larger than it looks, it's adequate for one person.

I think adding amenities like disposable slippers and a bottle of water would make it even better.

Coûteux en rapport à la situation et à l’état général.

Assez cosi. Tout pour le café ou le thé. Micro ondes fonctionnel. Litterie convenable.

Très froid.. Le chauffage fonctionne de temps à autre au point qu’un chauffage d’appoint électrique à bain d’huile s’y trouve. SDB vétuste avec des carrelages manquants, de la moisissure partout sur la porte de la douche, meuble évier bancal avec un tout petit évier (le seul où on doit essayer de faire sa vaisselle). Les 2 chaises de « cuisine » sont prêtés à s’effondrer. Enfin. Contact réel avec le propriétaire INNEXISTANT ET même compliqué par téléphone..

Goede ligging, klein maar alles aanwezig. Correcte uitbaters die de problemen met het bed direct hebben begrepen en een volledige refund hebben gedaan. Ik ben niet blijven slapen en heb dezelfde nacht nog een andere slaapgelegenheid gezocht. Het bed had geen matras maar een extreem dunne topper op een lattenbodem waar de bodem van helft van de latten mankeerde. Dus onmogelijk om normaal te slapen. Hopelijk zetten ze een nieuw bed met nieuwe matrassen.

Un petit séjour très agréable

Logement propre et bien agencé, au calme. Facile d'accès en voiture et sans problème pour se garer gratuitement. Très proche (en voiture) du musée de sculptures en plein air (que je recommande). Le tramway permet d'aller facilement au centre d'Anvers. Il est très agréable d'avoir du café à volonté (j'en ai bien profité !). Le petit réfrigérateur et le micro-ondes permettent de dépanner, mais le logement n'est pas fait pour cuisiner.

C'était très bien ainsi.

Super Ausgangsort um das schöne Antwerpen zu entdecken

Es war eine sehr gute Kommunikation, und die Ausstattung war super, mit köstlichem Kaffee, Tee und Keksen. Die Lage mit Tram, Bussen und Fahrradverleih ist genial um Antwerpen zu erleben, auch die phantastische Hans Op de Beek Ausstellung im KMSKA.

Es war alles sehr gut in diesem Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Ideal per a una nit

Bona ubicació a prop de transport públic. Zona tranquil·la, hem pogut aparcar sense problema. Molt bé per a passar una nit i visitar la ciutat. Molt agradable disposar de cafè i galetes.

Ens hem allotjat un dia amb altes temperatures i feia molta calor. Tot i que s'indica que hi ha ventilador no hi era i no hem pogut descansar bé. Podria estar més net. No era brut però algunes coses podrien estar millor.

Przy kolejnej wizycie w Antwerpii pewnie wrócę tutaj.

Dobrze wyposażony pokój (suszarka, parownica, klimatyzator, szczoteczki do zębów, ciastka, herbaty, kawy, ...). Świetne ciśnienie wody i ciepła woda pod prysznicem. Duże łóżko. Przystanek tramwajowy tuż obok. Bardzo dobrze grzejące kaloryfery. Bezkontaktowy odbiór i zdanie kluczy w sejfie. Cisza i spokój - żadnego, najmniejszego szmeru w godzinach nocnych.

Pokój na 2 piętrze i strome schody, ale takie są uroki belgijskich szeregowców. ;) Co do czystości - podłoga w zakamarkach była pokryta kurzem. Dostałyśmy pół rolki papieru toaletowego na prawie tygodniowy pobyt i mimo dwukrotnego zapewnienia właściciela że przyniesie nam jeszcze jedną rolkę, nie doczekałyśmy się jej.

Mijn verblijf van 14 nachten overtrof álle verwachtingen en kom zeker terug bij Auguy et Deborah!!!

De gastvrijheid en de zéér professionele houding van Meneer Auguy. Echt álles wat ik nodig had, was aanwezig in het studio appartement. Borden, bestek, toilet-en keukenpapier, afwasmiddel, magnetron, koffie-en theefaciliteiten en de eigenaar had zelfs een mini verwarming voor mij gekocht omdat de reguliere verwarming op bepaalde momenten van de dag niet goed functioneerde. Echt grote KLASSE!!!
