Superior 3 Bedroom Apartment in Melbourne CBD

Very convenient area, nearby various cafes and a supermarket across the street. Also very close to a station. the bathroom and kitchen were very nice. The place also provided a pantry with some snacks and condiments. Check in and check out process was very simple, and also made it convenient considering check in location. was at a luggage storage service. Owner was very responsive via WhatsApp making our stay much easier.

The pillows were very inconsistent and slightly uncomfortable to use along with the bedsheets and blanket covers. The use of the apartment facilities (i.e. gym and pool) required an induction that was only available during the weekdays (10am-4pm) which makes it a little inconvenient for weekend stays.

Fabulous location, very clean, modern and comfortable. Added bonus of a pantry stacked with staple items!

Good Location to most cafe's

The accommodation offered a pool and gym facilities which is why I chose this accommodation; however, I was unable to access them or use them as you were required to do an induction. This was not mentioned when I booked in November nor could I see it in the check in instructions. I contacted the host and concierge on duty, neither could assist me. Induction can only be done on Monday to Friday; I arrived later on Friday evening and Monday was a public holiday so could not complete the induction therefore had the whole weekend not being able to access or use the advertised facilities. Very disappointing with the cost of the accommodation I paid.
