Perfekte und ultraschnelle Kommunikation mit der sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieterin. Die Nähe zum Ort, zu den Stränden und zu den Wanderwegen. Absolutes Plus: der Rooftop Pool. Die Küche ist ordentlich ausgestattet, die Wohnung zweckmäßig, aber gemütlich - vielen Dank für die Eiswürfel im Gefrierschrank. Tiefgarage war toll, allerdings für einen VW Bus nicht hoch genug.

Die beiden Schlafzimmer liegen im Hochparterre direkt an der Straße - ab 6:30 Uhr fahren hier die Autos und Kleintransporter im Minutentakt vorbei (die Arbeiter auf den Obstplantagen fahren zur Arbeit) und die Fußgänger laufen gefühlt direkt am Bett vorbei und unterhalten sich 'lautstark'. Das ist kein Problem bei geschlossenen Fenstern, dann erstickt man allerdings. Das Haus ist, obwohl recht neu, schon etwas heruntergekommen (Garagentor und Lift kaputt, am Pool defekte Balken und Bodendielen) und in der Wohnung sind manche Sachen auch schon recht lädiert (Wäscheständer, Duschkopf). Es gab keine Markise/Sonnenschirm auf dem Südbalkon. Für die Nachsaison empfanden wir das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis als etwas zu hoch. Wir haben uns dennoch wohl gefühlt.

o apartamento era bastanta funcional, e os quartos espaçosos. a cozinha era em open space com a sala com janelas grandes e com uma vista fantástica, o que permitia as crianças brincarem. Experiência TOP

Great apartment. Well furnished and all the facilities you could need. Even cold water and little snacks on the table on arrival. Communication with our host was super easy via WhatsApp and helpful videos to explain how to use everything. The location is perfect. Highly recommend and would return again.

Very well equipped with a nice balcony. Really nice pool area too. Laid back neighbourhood within a 2 minute walk of stunning beach and good choice of restaurants. Also directly on the Fisherman's trail, and a good base for exploring other spots along the coast

House is on a hill so can be a little noisy from cars revving and changing gears - it is only occasional but this can be a bit of an issue in the morning (we'd close the windows and that would block most of the noise)
