Toilet can be more clean, exhaust should be there in toilet and AC needed in living room

Great location. Very near to Lulu Mall which was convenient. Not in any congested place. Good security as it is in a gated flat complex with security. Spacious flat.
The property was not cleaned when we entered. There was a used towel hanging behind the bathroom door, multiple old newspapers, clothes on the cupboard etc. The owner with all good intention has kept a maid who comes everyday in the morning. But probably she only sweeps the house and does not think she needs to do anything else. She has to be trained to remove leftover items. We also had issue with hot water.

The staff Mr Kailash was very helpful .
He was always available on call .
Rooms were neat and clean ,and the in house food was so yummy
It was very far from the centre also the construction noise were so loud and it was coming from the next tower only.
However as didn’t spend much time in the room during day so didn’t get bother much
$$$$
