Break fast was good. The menu could have been more diversified.
The bed should be made and the room be cleaned every day.

Very quiet and clean place. It is located in a residential area, so you can sleep peacefully. The owner is kind, helpful and very reactive. The room is well equiped and felt like home.
The only thing to improve would be the internet speed. I had data with my phone plan so this was not really a big issue.

1. Big Problem - Drinking water (RO) was not safe, I got Gastroenteritis, forced to drink Bisleri packaged water from 2nd day onwards.
2. Though PS5 is provided, but doesn't work and the caretaker was not able to fix it. The TV remote itself had problem.
3. Water Gyser used to give just around 4-5 litres hot water in one go.
4. Lastly, I think caretaker could be more humble and professional in dealing with the guests.

Very well maintained beautiful homestay, posh location and total value for money.
Only two things…the caretaker was very laid back attitude did not even offer to take out luggage himself and was a very lazy guy.
The blankets should have covers as so many guests use yhe sane blanket.
