Decent location, very cooperative host, quiet neighborhood, Clean rooms
No caretaker due to festival, we were told. Hence no breakfast facility the first day. The host family had to run about for everything, and we felt bad about having to call them for every small thing. Also, interiors construction work was going on within the property which was very noisy and troublesome. We were not informed about any of these.

Break fast was good. The menu could have been more diversified.
The bed should be made and the room be cleaned every day.

Very quiet and clean place. It is located in a residential area, so you can sleep peacefully. The owner is kind, helpful and very reactive. The room is well equiped and felt like home.
The only thing to improve would be the internet speed. I had data with my phone plan so this was not really a big issue.
