Quiet stay right in front of lake
Amazing location, right in front of lake. Easy parking. Quiet building. The space is small but well designed so you have access to everything needed for a short stay, including a washing machine, which was great.
Outdoor space was not ready and not usable during stay which was disappointing. Wasn’t very clean in the kitchen area.

Studio idéal pour un week-end à Aix Les Bains
Petit studio bien placé pour aller marcher près du lac. Bien équipé pour 2 nuits, et place optimisée. Place de parking très pratique. Balcon calme et vue lac.
Les messages automatiques nombreux reçus via la messagerie Booking par la conciergerie. Il y avait des informations contradictoires entre l’annonce et les messages. Une mauvaise communication entre la conciergerie et la personne faisant le ménage qui a sonné le samedi matin alors que nous restions 2 nuits.

Un beau séjour très agréable et reposant malgré quelques désagréments
La localisation avec la vue sur le lac est idéale. L’appartement est décoré avec goût et est relativement bien équipé, la présence d’une machine à laver et de la place de parking sont des énormes plus. Le lit est très confortable et la petite terrasse est agréable.
L’appartement a peu de défauts mais il en a : Les dimensions de l’évier et du lavabo limitent l’utilisation. Les murs sont assez fins alors on entend aisément les discussions dans le couloir et la musique des voisins peu attentifs le soir. La propreté est loin d’être parfaite d’autant plus que l’aspirateur est cassé alors il est difficile de l’entretenir.

Le lavabo qui est plus un lave main . Le fraiseur est plein de givre donc inutilisable la terrasse a besoin d ' un petit nettoyage Et dommage pas de télécommande pour la barrière Un petit séchoir pour le linge dehors serait cool
