Very clean, very quiet area at night, excellent communication from the owner.

The location to local amenities the beach all fantastic. The staff around the blue bell campsite all seemed lovely, friendly, helpful and kind. The fishing pond on site and small play park was excellent. The beach is a lovely walk and is so close to the caravan. the decking was fantastic to sit out on, on a night and watch the children play.

The caravan itself was very dated, and due to its age you could certainly tell it was in need of total revamp, the bedrooms was on the small side and for anyone a little taller they certainly wouldnt of been able to sleep in the single beds, due to the cupboards built at the end of the beds taking a foot off the overall length of bed. The cooker and hob was actually so old and worn that both my mum and myself said no to actually cooking in the van, there was a microwave, actifry and toaster for the simpler meals if required, but be aware even if the toast isnt cooked it will still set the firealarm off.

Loved the location, it’s literally a 2 min walk to the beach and couldn’t be situated any better. The caravan site was lovely and peaceful and relaxing and yet still close to all the facilities on Trunch Lane.

There was nothing not to like about the property.
