Prime location with awesome hosts, definitely recommend

The apartment is exactly as described and in fact looked bigger than in the pictures. It is located above the veterinary practice, and you have the entire space to yourself. All rooms were spacious, clean and aesthetic. We had an amazing stay here also, thanks to the hosts especially Karlien! She was so helpful and accommodating with our requests e.g. when I needed help to collect a delivery while we were out. Location is also exemplary as there are 2 bus stops and 2-3 big supermarkets all within walking distance. The view from the apartment was also stunning especially during sunsets and it's located in a safe, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. All in all, I highly recommend this apartment and would like to thank Karlien once again for being a responsive and reliable host.

These are minor issues as it did not affect our overall experience, but we were slightly confused/ perplexed after checking in: - the main door is transparent (thick fortified glass?). There is however a flight of stairs leading to the apartment after passing the main door, so no one can necessarily look into the apartment from the entryway. But since it was our first time staying in such an apartment, we were mildly concerned. - the hallway flooring is concrete I believe which was actually ice cold during our stay. We unfortunately arrived in Leuven on the coldest days of the week, so providing room slippers during our stay would have been nice.

Good value

It’s spacious, clean, kitchen well equipped, quiet area. The skyline for natural light was really nice.

They don’t have heating assured, only by the air conditioning systems and the air gets too dry. No windows within the rooms for clean air.

Bedsheets and towels not included (15€/bedsheet, 5€ per towel set)

The place was clean.

The bedsheets and towels were not included in the price. They cost €15 per bed for bedsheets and €5 per person for a towel set. This made our two-day stay around €40 more expensive — an extra over 10% of the total property cost. When we found out that these items were not provided, cancellation was no longer possible. Additionally, the invoice for the bedsheets and towels came from a different company than the one used for the booking, which made it complicated to claim the expenses back through my company.

Clean and spacious flat in a beautiful city

Excellent communication with the host, very clear instructions. Flat was spacious and very comfortable with everything you might need for your stay. Excellent shower, everything was spotlessly clean and very comfy beds. Super location for exploring the beautiful city.

Heerlijk verblijf voor een bezoek aan Leuven.

Ruim en zeer netjes onderkomen aan de rand van Leuven. 20 tot 25 minuten lopen en je staat op de oude markt. Je kunt ook makkelijk met de bus. Die stopt voor de deur.

Niets. Ik vond alleen de bedden redelijk zacht maar dat is een persoonlijke voorkeur.

Leuk appartement van alle gemakken voorzien aan de rand van Leuven, makkelijk parkeren voor de deur, ondanks de koude dagen is het appartement prima te verwarmen wel verlies je veel warmte op de koude gang en trapgat.

Aanrader voor een weekendje weg in Leuven.

Het was heel schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt was ook aanwezig. Het is er lekker rustig met slapen en de auto kon voor de deur geparkeerd worden.

Het appartement had niet echt veel sfeer omdat het allemaal heel strak geregeld was. Daardoor wel gemakkelijker schoon te houden. Omdat wij er alleen sliepen was dat echter geen probleem.

Gute Wohnung und ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, ums Eck ist man gleich im Park von Schloss Arenberg. Auch in die Stadt sind es nur 20 min zu Fuß und auf dem Weg findet man schon viele spannende Gebäude und Orte. Die Wohnung ansich liegt im ersten Stock der Tierpraxis. Dementsprechend geht es über den Eingang auch direkt in die Wohnung hoch, was vielleicht etwas ungewohnt ist. Die Wohnung ist groß, jedes Zimmer hat Klimaanlage, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Dusche funktioniert gut und ist auch sehr heiß. Wenn man selbst Bettzeug mitbringt, dann bitte beachten, dass man eine durchgehende Matratze hat und es eine Bettdecke für 2 Personen gibt. Der Schlüsselcode für die Box funktioniert auch erst ab 15 Uhr, das muss man wissen.

Tres grand appartement, literie neuve, salle de bain moderne, cuisine bien équipée. Idéal pour aller travailler à KUL Entre les bois tous proches et le centre ville, calme le soir. Hote réactif

Un peu surpris d'avoir à payer en plus pour les draps de lit et les serviettes de toilettes. Pas de savon et shampooing (prévus heureusement)

Geen twee aparte dekbedden op tweepersoons bed. Lakens en handdoeken regelen kon niet met gewone bankkaart; moesten, moe na files, om half tien s avonds, lid worden van Pay Pal. Geen goede info over betalingscondities.

Super leuke appartement

Comfortabel en heel schoon. Fijne plek! We hebben een fijne verblijf gehad en de locatie is rustig en veilig en parkeren voor de deur gratis is natuurlijk heel fijn! Appartement heeft meer daglicht dan de foto’s doen vermoeden en was heel nieuw en super schoon en netjes.

Ik vond toch vervelend dat je beddengoed moet huren voor een beste bedrag. Ik wist het vooraf maar toch… Voor de prijs van het appartement zou dit naar mijn mening toch echt wel met beddengoed kunnen en eigenlijk met opgemaakte bedden. Handdoeken huren hebben we niet gedaan dat konden we meenemen. Maar voor de prijs zouden ze toch moeten overwegen dit als service te doen. 15 euro per bed voor 1 of 2 nachten gebruik it best geld eigenlijk. Verder had de keuken gerei iets completer gemogen maar op zich kon je er wel mee redden.
