Appartement très central et propre. Emplacement pratique pour visiter la ville et se déplacer facilement.
Il faisait froid, le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas de manière constante malgré les réglages. Manque d’équipements et de vaisselle. Les travaux en face étaient gênants et empêchaient d’ouvrir les volets.
