John Luca was a wonderful host. The location is exceptional. The property is quaint, and all we really needed . All the restaurants are on your doorstep. Plus the metro is excellent and only 200 metres. But the people, they were wonderful

The location was really nice and Gianluca was an attentive host who was very nice! it’s a nice little flat for one or two nights!
I specifically booked this property as I wanted a late checkout (and of course would pay any extra!) due to a late flight so I asked host on booking.com if this was possible (Q&A publicly visible at time of this review) and they assured me it was fine and to book. After I booked, host messaged me and said they couldn’t do it due to another check in, but I could leave my bags until 5:00pm which is fair and understandable. Wasn’t until I checked in that host said that we couldn’t leave our bags due to another check in, so I’m not really sure if this was ever an option (as surely if no one was checking in I could have just paid for late check out). There was a significant amount of dust on a spare blanket we pulled out which was a little concerning
