The set up was very nice, Everything was clean and in working order. The property owner was so helpful and explained everything clearly. This was our first time renting a home and we will never go back to hotels

Love the place, would definitely stay again although there are a few things that would make it a better stay next time. Jonathan was amazing at helping us get comfortable and was very attentive with any issues that arose as well. We love the home and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Having two bathrooms was a huge plus and a garage if needed as well. Thank you for the hospitality and for accommodating us on such short notice.
The master bedroom needs a bedroom door lock on the door. The main bathroom tub in the hallway needs to be snaked cuz it’s backing up water while showering. In the first bedroom, the trundle underneath one of the twin beds in the first bedroom didn’t have a fresh sheet on it and was covered in food crumbs and pet hair from before we were there. We asked to stay just a little bit past our check out time and Jonathan was okay and aware of it. When we showed up to get the last few things we needed out of the home and put the garage door opener back, there was a lady that pulled into the driveway. When I approached her, she barely spoke English and seemed a little confused as to why we were there. We were loading our trailer on and my kiddos were making sure they had everything out of there so it was a bit off putting. As we were getting everything loaded up, she pulled out of the driveway and left so when we were finally pulling out she drove back by the house again. We did not like that at all. Also, if I’m paying $150 for a cleaning fee with my booking, I do not think I should have to strip beds etc either.

The property is located in a central location with easy access to all Branson has to offer, pet friendly, big back yard for pet and watching night sky.
There was no way to relax after a long day of exploring Branson. Couch is to small and hard to sit on. Chase would not stay attached to end of couch. There needs to be some cable to at least watch some local news and weather for info for the area in event of bad weather or an emergency. Even a info channel of shows and eateries you may want to see or visit would be nice
