Beautiful apartment with all amenities. Clean, bright and spacious. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nicely and homely decorated. It has a lovely balcony where you will spend all your time at the property, comfortable with a pool view. It has parking in the underground garage which is a bonus, easy access with a digital key. Communication with owner/management agency was very easy. The complex has 3 pools (we didnt get to use them but they look lovely). It is very centrally located easy walking distance to many of the Puerto Banus restaurants and shops and beach, etc.

perhaps as a suggestion to do a deep clean of balcony furniture cushions and living room sofa and chairs. (found an elastic band under a cushion and few small crumbs), be nice to have it all sparkly clean.

Location

The property was in a fantastic location, just minuets away from the strip which was great. The outdoor terrace was spacious and really lovely. A decent space for a group of 4 people.

Two out of four pools were permanently closed and the one big pool that did open only opened for a couple of hours in the morning and early evening. This was disappointing as it was only early September and was not described on the listing that this would be the case. The twin room was slightly small and the bedroom door didn’t close.
