Der Gastgeber war jederzeit zu erreichen und hat sich sofort gekümmert. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr praktisch, wenn man einen Mietwagen hat. Die Lage ist sehr zentral in Puerto Banus. Das eine Badezimmer ist renoviert.

Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt zu wünschen übrig. In dem Zimmer zur Straßenseite hört man ziemlich laut den Lärm der Straße. Es gab keinen Tresor in der Wohnung. Das zweite Badezimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig.

La amplitud y luminosidad del departamento. Con todo lo que se necesita para una confortable estadía. Las instalaciones del complejo espectaculares. La cercanía a l puerto y a playas constituyen un lugar estratégico. Altamente recomendable seguramente volvería. Gracias Fran por hacernos fácil nuestra estancia.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! The location is absolutely perfect—everything is within walking distance, and we always felt safe, even traveling with our children. The balcony was one of our favorite parts, and having a drying rack outside was such a practical and thoughtful touch after spending time at the beach and pool. The private parking was also a huge advantage and made our stay so much easier. The living room is spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, and the bedrooms were also very clean. The apartment is well maintained and has everything needed for a great stay. If I could suggest just two small improvements, I would recommend adding a few throws or blankets to make the living room feel even cozier, and replacing the bed pillows, as we found them a little uncomfortable for sleeping. Other than that, everything was perfect. A special thank you to the host, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly appreciate all the support and hospitality. Highly recommended!

location is perfect, apartment was spacious/clean and equipped with everything you’d need, it also had underground parking which was perfect for us as we rented a car, 10/10 for me
