De locatie was perfect en het appartement was heel schoon

Jammer dat er geen receptie was. We waren wel te vroeg kregen instructies op de app. maar die waren niet helemaal duidelijk. Als we vooraf te horen hadden gekregen hoe het systeem werkt dan was dat geen probleem geweest. Je krijgt namelijk een link om de poort en de deur open te doen. Die werkt als de poetser klaar is. Dat snappen wij maar met het filmpje vooraf was dit niet aangegeven. Als we die uitleg vooraf hadden gehad dan was het perfect geweest. Gelukkig kwamen we iemand tegen die Spaans kon en de poort open maakte en die als tolk met de schoonmaakster praatte zodat we naar het appartement konden. toen was de schoonmaakster zo lief dat we de koffers al konden plaatsen. Doordat we geen receptie hadden die open was konden we de koffers niet kwijt en nu dus wel. Wij snappen als je te vroeg bent dat je er niet in kunt maar toch fijn om je koffers kwijt te kunnen en dan naar het centrum te gaan. Zonde om te wachten. Het was ook rond 11 uur dus niet in de nacht.

Allt man behöver fanns.

Att boendet var alldeles för nära huvudingången för man hörde folk och den gnisslade porten alla nätter från kl23-06. Timer för AC var tvunget att starta om var 4e timma, vilket gör att man får gå upp på natten och starta om timern.

Nice and quite, lovely garden well look after and nice swimming pool. The bed was comfortable.

The photographs on the wall were cardboard something that could be replaced with better ones. Also the sofa can be changed not covered and also the cushions they need to washed or changed because they smelled of use. Also it would be nice for the property to be fully cleaned including the patio and a brume should be provided so the whoever stays will be able to clean the floor while staying there. Also the sponges and cloths should be new (the ones that we had they smelled). Also it would be nice to provide rubbish bags and some toiletries and information what can we do and visit as visitors. It would be better to provide better colour of towels and also a new kitchen roll. Also the lighting was not nice at all in the whole property only the lamp in the living room was cosy lighting and outside in the patio there was no light.

The lady was very welcoming and accommodating, she answered any enquiries

ants were in the flat, old cutlery and glasses. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and aircon hardly worked. Pool attendant was rude, wouldnt allow us to use sunbeds and closed the pool when he chose to! The sausage dog next door was also pining a lot when he was left on his own. It went on for hours on end, no peace.
