excellent location , not far from the motorway and Gretna green shopping complex .We had a wonderful stay a the cottage , it was clean and beautifully maintained with peaceful surrounding.

If had an extra toilet , would have been better .

The photos dont do it justice. Its a beautiful cottage with gorgeous views and immaculately clean. Very modern and comfortable. Beds are so comfortable. Thank you

The only negative is there is only one toilet.

Quiet. Spacious. Good heating. Tea coffee milk and biscuits supplied. Clean. Good facilities and equipment supplied.

Shower cubicle dated. Shower head wasn’t correct for bracket. Disabled seat in shower rusty. Water dangerously hot. Left over food and cleaning supplies in kitchen cupboards from previous guests - stuff in food cupboard smelt. Asked to leave used bedlinen in bathroom. I don’t strip beds in paid for accommodation. Mattress protection was cheap, basic, slippery and hot. Very personal approach to decorating the property. Strong smell from multiple air fresheners. Location in middle of farmyard.

The location was lovely. The property was warm and comfy and well equipped. Our child loved the horses in the field opposite. The views were lovely too
