The owner was excellent to deal with. Sent clear information on accessing the property on two occasions and graciously allowed me to keep my luggage in the suite after check out as I had a late flight departure. Bed was comfortable. Warm dim lighting for night time. Easy walk to The Curve.

Size of the apartment, good value for money Essentials provided like hangers, dishwashing soap, iron, hairdryer, boiler, microwave. Self check in and check out, host was very reactive and nice, and let us check out late for free!

Aircon was very weak but there's a ceiling fan to help. Boiler gave the water a weird taste Some parts of the apartment a bit old and run down but expected for the price TV and volume very low at max.

They unit is clean & the furnitures and utensils are clean too. The location is strategic & you can get everything downstairs like convenient store, food, massage, laundry, clinic & even gym. Love it. Would definitely be back.

The owner was sympathetic and shocked to learn of the state of the interior untidiness of interior of the building but arranged cleaners and got toilet papers and mopped up the water from the fridge. Bath floor needs slip mat which was unavailable. Arranged for TV technician to tune up the TV as it did not work. This was done Air conditioner was turned off as it discharged water onto the floor. So it was turned off to avoid having to mop up the water beside the bed.

I have already stated the issues. No fault of the owner as he is remotely situated but relied heavily on the cleaners who let him down badly.
