The property was at very beautiful place , we really like swimming and sauna at the property. The receptionist Katrina was very helpful and kind. I will give 10/10 for her hardworking attitude.

Die Apartements sind neu renoviert, auch die Sauna war ansprechend hergerichtet und außer uns hat sie niemand benutzt. Wir durften 2h früher einchecken.
Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, im Ruhebereich von Sauna und Hallenbad der Boden schmutzig. Beim Check-in wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es kein Frühstücksbuffet gibt, obwohl dies bei der Buchung inbegriffen war, zwar gab es dafür einen Preisnachlass aber man hätte dies auch früher kommunizieren können. Der Check-in grundsätzlich unkompliziert über Safe und Code per Telefon, dass man anrufen muss zum Check-in hätte man aber ebenfalls früher mitteilen können, so sind wir 5 min. im Hotel herumgeirrt auf der Suche nach Personal.
