Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts. DO NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE. Kayaks are used at own risk and have to be removed from the water and returned to garage after each use.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house was very clean and neighborhood was nice. It had everything we needed to cook and grill meals. The pool was perfect for hot afternoons. We walked every morning and enjoyed watching the fish and stingrays at the end of the dock. Golf courses nearby were reasonably priced and within 10 minutes. We would recommend staying here and can’t wait to go back.

Great location. Amazingly comfortable stay. Impeccably clean! Pool is as great and the heat was consistent. Everything you needed was in the kitchen, the grill was good, matching cutlery and plate are. There is nothing nothing but praise for this property.

This is the best rental that we have encountered in over 15 years! Immaculate house and grounds, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally stocked with every possible item. It felt like a 5 star hotel- we can’t wait to visit again!

Our visit to Punta Gorda FL USA. was exceptional due to our stay at The Sunset Sandpiper. The moment we entered the door it felt so inviting and comfortable. The house was extremely clean. The four of us found the supplies such as soaps, paper towels, detergents ,etc more than adequate for use during our stay. The house is close to the shopping and attractions of Punta Gorda. K.
