The private fishing dock is fully licensed, so no fishing license is required. Cast a line anytime or simply enjoy the peaceful waterfront setting.
Inside, the bright, coastal-inspired home features brand-new furnishings, a spacious living room with a 65-inch Smart TV and soundbar, and a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances, an air fryer, spices, and an outdoor grill. The open dining area is perfect for sharing meals and making memories.
Located close to downtown Punta Gorda, you'll be minutes from Fishermen's Village, waterfront restaurants, local shops, parks, beaches, and scenic walking and biking trails. Bikes and a bike rack are included so you can explore the area with ease.

The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1 through November 30, with peak activity typically occurring from mid-August through mid-October. While natural disasters are beyond our control, our policy regarding cancellations and refunds remains the same: if the home is habitable, no refunds will be issued. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance for added protection and peace of mind during hurricane season. If a named storm is forecast for the area, the following precautions may be taken (when possible by one person) and will remain in place until the storm has passed:
Outdoor dock furniture will be moved to a safe location.
Lanai furniture will be moved inside or secured against the home.
Televisions will be unplugged.
Trash cans will be secured against the home, unless trash pickup is scheduled within the next 48 hours.
Ice bins will be emptied, and ice makers will be turned off in case of a power outage.
Electric storm shutters will be closed. (Manual storm shutters are not installed.)

This home is exactly as the pictures indicate (no surprises when you get there from photos posted 5 years ago). The home is beautiful and immaculate. Very tastefully decorated and very comfortable, supplied with anything you might need. This home is situated in a beautiful residential area and close driving distance to beaches or shops. Highly recommend this Vrbo and will plan to stay here again.

The house was very clean and neighborhood was nice. It had everything we needed to cook and grill meals. The pool was perfect for hot afternoons. We walked every morning and enjoyed watching the fish and stingrays at the end of the dock. Golf courses nearby were reasonably priced and within 10 minutes. We would recommend staying here and can’t wait to go back.

Great location. Amazingly comfortable stay. Impeccably clean! Pool is as great and the heat was consistent. Everything you needed was in the kitchen, the grill was good, matching cutlery and plate are. There is nothing nothing but praise for this property.
