Lovely 2 bed, 1 bath duplex in a great south central Austin location. Off South Lamar on West Gate Blvd, this spot is convenient to everything fun in Austin! Easy, quick access to all the hot spots along South Lamar, Congress (SoCo), South 1st, & just 10-15 minutes to UT & many bustling downtown locations! It has its own fenced in private backyard with patio, and large front yard. Private gated carport parking. Pet friendly.
