About this apartment rental
Located in the heart of South Austin just 2 miles south of Lady Bird Lake, this quiet, comfortable, immaculately clean, fully furnished condo is a lovely place to stay. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home, is located off of South Lamar just minutes from downtown, South Congress, Zilker Park and many other Austin hot spots. Convenient, but outside of the hustle and bustle – it is the perfect hideaway. The front door opens to a shared common area with a swimming pool shaded by several magnificent pecan trees. There is a small, private backyard and patio. We are a close, friendly community, ready to welcome you.
We hope you sleep well while you are here. We have received many comments about how comfortable the beds are. The condo is an ideal place for two couples or two roommates to stay with one bedroom and full bathroom upstairs and one bedroom and full bathroom downstairs.
The open layout downstairs allows you and yours to cook, dine, and lounge in a relaxed atmosphere. Complete with a fireplace, skylight, and soaring ceilings, you can surely enjoy your time “around the house.” Kick back and relax on the leather couch while you watch something on the big screen TV. Or soak in a little sun outside under the towering pecan trees. Dip your toes in the pool or relax in the back in private.
Austin is an amazing city and we hope that you enjoy your time here. The condo is a great place to sit back and relax (we’ve been told it feels like home). But if you are here to go, do, and see it is an awesome, convenient location from which to start your adventure. Located just a block and a half off of South Lamar, you an easily hop on the bus or jump into infamous Austin traffic. You will find this location is ideal.

The space and grounds were lovely. There are even some updates that aren’t shown in the pics such as a newer washer and dryer.
There was more than enough space for 2 adults and 4 kids to stay comfortably.
Stephanie was very responsive to requests or conversation.

We are just back in the UK from a wonderful stay in this condo. It was everything we had hoped for and more. We were a party of 4 adults and it was ideal. Stephanie was a pleasure to deal with and we were impressed that she had provided virtually everything a visitor needs – there were lots of linens, towels for the bathroom and pool, all kitchen equipment, wi-fi, and in fact some provisions were left which were very welcome. The condo was lovely, clean and cosy in a nice quiet, safe area. It was very easy to get just about everywhere cheaply and quickly: public transport appeared to be very efficient but we chose to Uber around Austin - the location is great for that, being so handily located. The pool was a real bonus. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely place and would definitely choose to stay again should we return to Austin.
