About this house rental
Stay/park here, & walk to Football (8min), Salt Dogs (7min), Volleyball, Pinnacle Arena, Haymarket/Railyard (dinning/drinking), Bowlin Stadium, Lied center & more. You really can't get a more convenient place to stay! Need more room? We also have a near identical unit next door! If you look closely in the pictures, you'll see a steel plant across the street. No detriment to your stay, but look over the plant, and you see Memorial Stadium, it's really that close! Don't want to walk, fire up the grill and you can hear the game from the front porch!
Disclaimer: The house was built in 1900. It has a lot of charm, with that comes some quirks. We have just renovated the unit and it’s gorgeous, but the floors lean this way and that through 123 years of settling. This should in no way affect your safety or your stay.

First time returning home for Christmas in the last six years- Bruce was extremely helpful and communicative when I had initial issues with figuring out the thermostat (a nest device) - additionally was a lifesaver giving I'm assistance when my partner had a medical issue. 10/10 will return next time I make it back for Christmas.
