Welcome to Bougie and The Beach! This 3 bed, 2 bath home can comfortably sleep 8 guests. Located 200 feet to the beach with a viewing deck of the ocean, this brand new home is the perfect oasis for your Tybee Island beach vacation. The home boasts an open floor plan with lots of natural light, a fully stocked kitchen, dining, and living area with 3 smart TVs. Bougie and The Beach combines elegance and comfort to create the perfect sanctuary for your beach vacation getaway!
Bougie and The Beach has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Upon arrival guests may park in the driveway which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles (please do not park underneath the house it is not a garage) Heading up the stairs you will find an expansive 2 story deck where the ocean and the breeze can be enjoyed!
Inside you will find a freshly furnished and renovated open concept living area with a fully stocked kitchen, bar seating, and dining area. The living room has a smart tv which connects to the complimentary wifi. Simply log in to your streaming apps and enjoy!
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a full size bed and twin size bunk bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed with a smart tv. There is a shared bathroom in the hall.
The master suite (third bedroom) has an ensuite bathroom and a smart tv.
Guests will be provided with a door code for keyless entry. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. You will receive check in instructions 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Bougie and The Beach is located only 200 feet away from the beach. This home is an ideal location for guests looking to grab a beach chair and walk over to the beach access without any driving necessary. There are two local restaurants across the street as well as an ice cream shop and gas station/liquor store for your convenience.

Overall it was great and comfortable to stay but disappointed there was no towel or toilet paper rack in master bathroom. And also no closet to hang the dresses and suits for the wedding to attended. We won’t mind to come back.
