House was in a safe neighborhood and had what we needed for our short weekend stay. Check in & communication were great with property manager. She was very responsive. The bathrooms needed a little extra cleaning & towels weren't great but there were plenty once we found some in the dryer. Be aware that the train runs very close to the back of the house as noted in other reviews.

The house was clean and that means a lot. It was also spacious. However the beds are not comfortable. The mattresses need to be replaced. You should also be aware of the train that runs very often in the middle of the night. The host responds quickly to messages.
