We are so glad to host you! Please be respectful of our property during your stay. No parties or events are allowed on premises.
There is ample parking in the parking lot behind the building and on the street in front of the building.
When the thermostat is on heat please do not exceed 68 and while thermostat is on cool please do not go lower than 72 degrees. Please give adequate time to cool or heat when you change the thermostat.
Towels are in each bathroom underneath the sink.
When you check out please strip your sheets and place all used towels in the laundry area. Remove any items you brought from the fridge. Put any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. Please take out the trash to the dumpster and be sure to lock up behind yourself.

Smoking or vaping inside: $500
Parties: $3,000
We will charge you the full fine so if you plan to party, you should find somewhere else to stay.
If you break or damage furniture you will be charged for replacing it plus a $250 refurnishing fee

We had a quick visit for a wedding and this was the perfect place! Great location, clean rooms, and things provided were all we needed. Host was fantastic about communication. Highly recommend and would stay he again!

Code wasn't working to get into home. Had to call and leave a voicemail. Called again and got in touch with someone that fixed the code issue. The yard really needed mowing and a porch light left on would have been nice. House smelled like dog. The walls are so filthy. Cute, comfortable place minus the smell and dirty walls.
