Huge Rec room in the lower level with foosball table , air hockey table and a beautiful pool table.
House is pet friendly and has 2 huge decks on the front deck there is sitting/lounging setting plus dinning set and there is a built in hot tub plus 2 lounging/sun bath chairs.
Front deck has access to fire pit area, children playground and fruit tree garden.
There will be romantic vibe during the night time with all the lights around the fire pit and fruit trees.

Overall, a good house to stay at when you are looking for a place that accommodates large groups.However, you can definitely tell that this is a rental property, as it is a revolving door of bookings, one after another.On a surface level, it is presentable and organized.However, there are glaring oversights on this property. While clean, there was black hair found in the drains. There is a wasp nest in the rafters above the porch.The games room in the basement is well stocked, however the pool table, foosball table, and air hockey all do not work properly.They have a trampoline outside but the host clearly stated that it is broken and should not be used.

Great spot not too far from the ferry. Lovely open plan living space for hanging out with friends and hosting. Comfortable rooms.

We had a great stay and made some wonderful family memories. That said, the cleanliness on arrival could have been better—floors were dirty, tables had drink stains, and some dishes were put away unwashed. We did a quick clean ourselves to feel more comfortable. Definitely been used since photos in post were taken. Feels like the house needs a deep clean. The place was spacious and had enough room for our family. .
